Most writers work in isolation and there’s not much opportunity of interacting with readers. As a travel writer it hasn’t been quite so bad for me but whenever I travel outside Rajasthan I do have people inquiring about all the interesting places that I have visited. There is also a lot of curiosity to know about the legendary Rajmata Gayatri Devi of Jaipur and I’m asked to share my experiences of having worked closely with her.
